Impressed with the professionalism & practicality of Chris’ quote, and especially Simon & Sam’s (?) work & persistence to get the installation right. Disappointed with the delay - over 5 mths since placing order - but more than that, the lack of communication from the office re delays etc. Tanya & Marie very friendly to talk to but rarely initiated any calls. I had to keep ringing for information and updates - very frustrating from a customer-service perspective.

From our first contact, through the whole decision process, measuring and installation we were impressed with the professionalism of this business. In our experience it is rare to have work done in the home by tradespeople without a few issues along the way, but in the case of Southern Shutters it all went smoothly and according to plan. We love our retractable roof awnings and would highly recommend the product and business.
