I left a negative review here and so did many others. It seems big spares deleted the google business page to erase them.nnI fundamentally disagree with practices like that, so here is my review again.nnI purchased a fan motor for a fan forced oven which I waited around 6-8 weeks for, when they had the item but had not sent it yet they jacked the price up by double! And held it at ransom to me.nWhat could I do? it needed the item so I paid for it. But when it arrived it was missing the thread in the holes for the screws to mount the fan to the oven. When I complained to big spares about how long I waited for a faulty product they basically didn't want to hear about it.nBig spares have been taken to the ACC for practises like these and trust pilot is full of other people experiencing the same kind of issues like me.
