At first the carpets looked great after a few months the carpet developed creases in multiple places. They came and assessed and fixed the issue, so I thought. Few months down the track this again got progressively worse to the point it looked terrible. Contacted them and they told me it had past their warranty period however they would come back for a last time to repair. The installers came and ended up cutting out a whole heap of carpet from the rooms because the carpets was not stretched out properly which was the root cause. The edges of the carpet weren’t secured properly, you could simply lift the carpet on the edges and they would lift up. They ended up fixing the carpet, not a 100% but better than what it was. Several months later I have the same issue and it doesn’t seem they are capable of fixing the issue.nnI don’t think the carpet is the problem, rather the poor installation. Quality control is nonexistent!nnWon’t be using them again!

It was my worst shopping experience!nThey offer no responsibility at all. When I ordered the product, the owner told me it would take 7 to 10 days maximum. After about one month when I did not receive the product, he was not giving me even any approximate date and told me it might take 35 years!!! Yes he said that! I had to cancel the order after about four weeks. Just wasted my time. Also, the way the owner talks to you is not respectful at all. He just blamed the supplier without accepting any responsibility. All in all, customer service is terrible!nMy comment is DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL!

Needed some mats and got them at a very reasonable price.
