Amber Tiles Fairy Meadow

Anita & Kylie were fantastic to deal with. They helped us source our tiles from a photo we had. Our order was delivered within a week. Any questions we have had they have been more then happy to help us with. We would highly recommend the team at Amber tiles Fairy Meadow & thank them for such an easy process.

The worst experience.we ordered and got told it will take a week and after 3 weeks it arrived. During the waiting time we call to ask when our orders is going to arrive each time we get told we will call you back and no one calls to let us know this happens like 4 times.also the day it's arrive we had to wait 25 minutes to get our orders.

Always a pleasure working with Aneta and Dan. Professional, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, proactive. Aneta was extremely helpful in providing advice on application products and grout colour selection. As a non tradesperson, this was greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

As per the other comments, I can't fault the service at Amber Tiles. However, my disappointment was with the display and the actual product received. The first photo is the display and the second is an example of about half the tiles I received and maybe 10% looked like those on display.

It is always a pleasure to deal with the staff at Amber. They are always very informative and friendly which makes all the difference!
