SOME staff extremely rude and disrespectful to customers with terrible customer service .nnLost a local and regular customer tonight . Due to 1 rude female staff member there .nnI arrived 5 minutes prior to closing . Knocking at door (which was locked BUT THEY COULD SEE ME ) . Knocked at door for the next 5 minutes or so with staff just looking at me .nA bit of manners would be nice . Had to drive to another store (Woolworths up the road which is much cheaper also ) to buy the 1 item I forgot .nBecause staff closed early and rudely watched on and ignored me knocking at door for 5minutes.nnMost staff there are quite polite, friendly and deliver excellent customer service .nThat is what kept me coming back ..nnFrom now on, I will save money at the larger grocers .nI tried to support this business UNTIL this TERRIBLE RUDENESS FROM STAFF TONIGHT

Quite a good selection of groceries and some nice deli goods. Friendly, helpful staff but some products a little more expensive than other local supermarkets.

i normally buy a roast chicken from Woolies or Coles but i purchased a roast chicken from IGA yesterday and i have to say i was very pleasantly surprisednit was absolutely delicious , will buy again
