Domino's Pizza Unanderra

Waited over 2 hours for pizza that they never had any record of. Called up to order, repeated my phone number and address several times to the girl. Phoned after 1.5 hours to be told it “left 6 mins ago”, didn’t take my name or number assumed they saw my number and looked up details. Waited another 40 mins, phoned again, was asked address, said they have no order. I get mistakes happen but when I asked the guy what he was going to do to fix it he said well I can send out pizzas but it’s a 40 min wait- no “I’ll prioritise your order” or “we will give a voucher” or even an apology just a too bad attitude. Two streets away but we will be going to Figtree from now on.

Chains are chains unless it is a weak link. Unaderra Domino's is NOT a weak link.nThe pizza was well made. With generous amounts of toppings. The toppings were fresh and tasty.nService was efficient and effective but a bit clinical.nIt did add up to a quick turnaround in a covid environment.nWe enjoyed our pizza, and at Domino's price point it is extremely good value and more importantly a family favourite.nThank you.

Usually buy Pizza Hut or an authentic Italian takeaway Pizza but though I might try the local Dominos - called their number to organise a pickup and after being on hold for over 10 minutes at 3:35 on a Thursday arvo - gave up. Probably just as well cause the last time I tried Dominos it was bloody awful

Just your everyday domino's pizza.nPerhaps my funniest experience was looking up at the order screen while waiting for my order and seeing someone had ordered a pizza under the name of 'pork hunt' ud83dude02ud83cudf55nUnanderra, say no more!
