Anti-Discrimination NSW

BE WARY OF THE NSW ADB PLEASE! Upon me submitting a complaint to the NSW ADB re. harassment and discrimination against a large NSW Govt. agency, I was consequently victimized by this NSW govt. agency and treated extremely unfairly; and consequently submitted a complaint of victimization to the ADB. However, the ADB took the side of the NSW govt. agency- or the big gun- the one in power and authority, and did not assist me- a poor, victimized female. I was very disappointed in them not following through on my complaint of victimization and discrimination- as an unfair consequence of my harassment complaints to the ADB. Rather the NSW ADB took the side of NSW govt whom i had been subject to victimization and discrimination. So be careful everyone out there- if you submit a complaint of harassment to the NSW ADB and as such: experience victimization by the 'perpetrating' organisation or company- do not expect the ADB to properly follow through and support your complaint of victimization! I was unfairly victimized by the particular NSW govt. agency, however, the NSW ADB did nothing to assist! This is disappointing and such lack of support actually discourages people from making complaints of harassment, especially against a large NSW Govt. agency.
