Centrelink

I see many negative reviews but i personally had a positive experience here recently. the receptionist was short with words but still pleasant. it wasn’t too busy so there was not long wait times. the person who helped me was friendly and fixed my problem with the help of a co worker. the interior of the building gives off bad vibes, maybe need to add some plants to lively up the place a bit.

Great service with a smile

This Centrelink seems all right. I normally have a good to all right experience here. One time tho I did have an appalling experience here with one lady who was helping me. Very condescending with an air of superiority. Thankfully I haven't seen her here again.

I've never had a huge problem here, just some of the workers can be extremely rude and ignorant yet some are very polite and understanding.nnWaiting times are generally pretty long though and it can get quite crowded with lines leading out the door.

Had the most amazing Centrelink experience of my life today! (Yes really . I am not exaggerating or under the influence of any man made sustances). A Call Centre employee named Betty took the time to listen, explain and resolve an issue that had been dragging out for weeks....AND....she rang me back TWICE to explain how things were progressing...JUST WOW :-)
