I was extremely happy with the service provided by Wilson's Blind Cleaning and Repairs. By restringing and repairing my Duet blinds for my holiday rental Kiama Aspect on Jones Beach they increased the longevity of the blinds which being a holiday rental endure significant wear and tear. This generational family business has accumulated a significant amount of knowledge which the women partners of the team happily communicated to me. They advised which blinds were more suited to a holiday rental. The women then co-ordinate team B - The men - to measure, quote, repair and deliver the repaired blinds in a timely manner. The letter I HAD to write - says it allnnHello Jan. I can't believe I just came home to find yet again the wrong caps for my blinds placed in my letter box. It really does feel like a joke. I've counted 9 phone calls and about 12 emails between us regarding these caps. I'm too busy to be chasing this up. I work long hard hours to be able to afford to pay for things like someone else cleaning my blinds. It's been over 3 months since I paid my bill for your services on time. Not once has there been an apology for the parts going missing in the first place. All I got was the attitude that that was all the boys could find and that you've looked everywhere and therefore insinuating that I must have lost them somehow. This scenario is ridiculous and all of my work mates have been following. It became the comedy conversation, how long the saga dragged out for and how many times I've had to communicate with you about them. You clean blinds for a living and you should know the different types of blinds and caps, you should have checked that all the replacement caps that were dropped off to me the first time were the same. You sons pick up and deliver blinds for a living and they should've been careful to take them off and count them both at delivery and pick up. You even suggested I go to pick the latest lot up, instead of delivering them with an apology, which is what I would've done if I'd have inconvenienced a customer especially so many times and for so long. This is no doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be leaving an online review and telling this saga for a long time to come.

The people at this company are amazing and extremely friendly. They turned up when they said they would, they did an amazing job and the price wasn't extortionate! I will definitely be going to then again and never cleaning my own blinds. Took the hassle out of the entire situation and kept me in the loop with every step. Thank you so much!
