fast, helpful service. The lady in the office was able to help me diagnose and fix the issue with my Bosch Washer, over the phone. It had been knocked on to child lock and merely needed to be re set. It is wonderful to see honest businesses willing to help in this current time.

Contacted Magic this Morning when our Fridge suddenly died. Although they were fully booked for the day, they made a quick stop at our apartment so we wouldn't have to discard the Fridge contents. The Fridge could not be saved, so we bought a factory seconds from Magic. The Fridge was delivered/installed an hour later. We are very grateful for the last minute help, along with the friendly and efficient service. A+
