Purchased a cross made from cowrie shells and feathers as a confirmation gift. Not only was it shipped to me in record time, it was also meticulously packed and was even more beautiful than in the photographs. The customer service and the product were both exceptional and the recipient absolutely loved her gift. I would purchase again in a heartbeat and a 5 star review doesn’t do Sun Republic justice. Terrible service, I purchased an item more than 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it in Newcastle. They provided a tracking number but when I checked the progress the order had been cancelled. I contacted them and they blamed couriers not turning up and said they'd provide the new Australia Post tracking number which they still haven't done. I've emailed them twice more and received no response. Won't ever buy from here again.

I have many products from Sun Republic and I am really pleased with the quality of the goods. Sharlene is wonderful to deal with, providing exceptional service. Sun Republic offer a great range of products and they always arrive sufficiently wrapped and secure. Highly recommend!
