Very happy with my service from ezi removals. I needed to get an antique bathtub (heavy!) moved from one part of Perth to another and they were professional and conscientious. The only removals company that really wanted to get into the details before quoting to make sure they got it right, and the two gentleman doing the delivery were excellent to deal with. Worth the money especially for specialist removals and would not hesitate in using again.

I often find moving house extremely stressful. The team at EZI removals were excellent and made this move seamless. With a young baby, I couldn’t find the time to pack. EZI packed and unpacked my home very professionally and efficiently. The team were on time, exceptionally polite and accomodating

We booked a truck and got email confirmation of our move, they said the truck would be at the house at 8am. 9 am came and still no truck so my wife attempted to call the owner and ask what was happening....no answer. I called from my phone, a number he wouldn't have recognised and he answered straight away and I asked what was happening. He said he wasn't sure and would get back to me. An hour later I got a call back saying he couldn't help me and I was on my own to move my family out of our house with our 1 year old baby to look after as well. Would not recommend as his stuff up cost me an additional $600 in penalties and a lot of stress.

Great experience with ezi removals. Very friendly and professional. I was concerned about moving some of my more fragile heavier furniture but these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Would highly recommend! great service.

Do not use Ezi Removalists. No stars for this company. We booked the move to occur on a Sunday starting at 8am. About 10 minutes before they were due to arrive, we received a call from the owner, Steve, who said they needed to finish another job first and would attend to our job at 12noon, and then move my sister’s furniture. Around 12noon, after I had messaged to ask what time they would be arriving, Steve called again and said that one of his men had been injured and could no longer move our furniture. We asked if he could send someone else, and Steve said that there was no one else because he operated a small business with no ‘back-up plan’ for these sorts of situations. Despite suggesting that he was calling around to find us another removalist company to assist, he did not tell us which companies he had supposedly tried. In the end, we had to move our own furniture and my wife injured her shoulder in the process. What a nightmare! Pick a more reliable removalist.
