I had discovered active termites on the boundary of my property and wanted them gone. Lovely staff on the telephone, very happy to organise a prompt visit on short notice.nnWith the arrival of the technician, a inspection was conducted inside my home, however no roof inspection was performed.nnAfter pointing out the location of the active termites, the technician essentially said that he would not treat them unless i purchased his termite protecion plan.nnConsidering i hired them to do a particular job, and they are seemingly unable to do that, i will not be a return customer. I even called them over the national pest companies as i wanted to give my money to the local bloke.nnNOT HAPPY!!!

Cannot recommend CPR Pest Management any higher. Very professional, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Answered all my questions in regards to the chemicals used and put me my mind at ease. Will now be using at my business sites as well as my residential. Thank you to Paul and Kylie!!
