Visiting Coles these days is becoming harder and harder to bare. There is almost always not enough checkouts open (sometimes none!!). This time there were no less than 4 aisles with approximately 10 Coles staff packing shelves making negotiating through these aisles very challenging.nCome on Coles have a look at what your customers are experiencing and ask yourself if that’s what you’d expect and accept!!
Singleton coles is large and has great fresh produce. However the signage in the supermarket is all completely wrong. In the aisle for chips for example, there will be a sign that says ‘savoury’ and another one that says ‘sweet’ however the products near the sign do not correspond to what it says it is. This is almost true for every single aisle. Shopping here takes twice as long as in other supermarkets because of these mistakes. This needs to be fixed for a better rating & review.
Singleton Coles is brilliant. Today's last minute price reductions on prawns and cakes was too good to pass up. The staff are so friendly, Liam Jake, Tracey, Matt & Tilly to name a few are always helpful and up for a laugh at my old man jokes. This store makes the Sydney stores look sterile in comparison.
Nicely laid out store, clean and good range.
