After getting forms for a prescription rebate and being took by Centrelink my forms were correct before they lodged them I now a month down the track have had them returned to me and been told there is missing information. Have returned to my chemist and been told the paperwork has been correctly filled out and their part of the paperwork has already been filled out and sent in. Been trying to find an actual Medicare office but am forced yet again to relodge my paperwork with Centrelink as all Wollongong Medicare offices have been shutdown.
