I have has Warrigal Blinds fit plantation shutters and external canvas blinds to my home in Kangaroo Valley. Their work is beautiful and their customer service is exceptional. I had placed an order just before Christmas for the final sets of windows that needed shutters and paid the 50% deposit. And then on Saturday 4 January '20, bush fire ripped through my property and destroyed my home. Clearly I wasn't going to need the new shutters and I let the team at Warrigal know. Their response was compassionate and caring and they happily refunded my 50% deposit of over $5,000. At a time when the insurance assessors have not yet been, the return of this money means I can start to replace a few basics. I am so so grateful for the people at Warrigal for the way they handled this. When I rebuild, they will be the people that supply and install new shutters.
