Bed Bath N' Table Top Ryde

They’ve got beautiful products and I love shopping there. However my experience today at Top Ryde was extremely disappointing. The older lady with somewhat short blonde hair was disrespectful towards me and after I left I realised she hadn’t given me the receipt. I went straight back in and she didn’t apologise but I have to give credit to her colleague who made up for it, so thank you to her colleague for doing her job well.nnAs evidence that I was there today, there was a customer who accidentally shattered some tableware onto the ground.

very disappointed with the customer service, employee refused to return my online order without a hard copy even tho I showed her an electronic receipt on my phone, Their policy states that they need a proof of purchase but didnt specify a hard copy or electronic one. The employee kept saying go to another store despite explaining to her that I live far and that I still have four days to return. Totally appalling behaviour!!!
