As this was our first time building a new home, and after hearing all the negative feedback from friends and family about their own poor experiences, we opted to steer clear of the larger mainstream builders and go with a smaller (medium) company that we hoped would provide us with a more personal and professional experience.nnStart to finish, we cannot speak highly enough of Shine Constructions. Made the journey of building our new home enjoyable and stress free. The quality was exceptional never compromised. They had a positive attitude throughout the entire built know matter what obstacles were faced along the way.

Overall happy with the house and they met our timeline. Advantage of going with a smaller builder was being cost efficient and highly customisable, larger builders were not flexible to our needs. Lacking in process a little (why they lost a star), they required a lot of checking up and chasing but overall Nabil and Joe were easy to contact and effective. Big credit for fixing our roof after the heavy rain earlier in the year at no extra cost which some other builders were not doing.
