Whitfords

I use the station ever day for commuting. Everything works well, except for the escalators. I've noticed that there are often issues with escalators at train stations and I can understand due to the high usage. But I'd like to know why the escalator at Whitfords train station has been out of order for 18 months!!!! (If not longer) How long can it possibly take to get spare parts or whatever the problem is! You can build a new train station in the period!

Friendliest train station. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. We are travelling for 11 months so have used a lot of trains & this station a few times. Perth great too but this one extra good. Especially the English ( cambridge i think he said) guy.Well done on customer service ( a few other people were also mentioning it)

Very disappointed with pre cinema queuing to order food & drink at the lounge bar. Guests should be shown to seats in lunge bar & be able to order food & drink without having to queue 10 to 12 at the bar. It is supposed to be a memorable experience but sadly lacking in good service. My husband was sold an incorrect bottle of wine, he was told to join the back of the long queue at the bar to be sold the right wine which he had to pay for in pay in full. It was then explained that he would have to wait till the end of the film to claim his refund on the first ,wrongly sold bottle of wine...... not good enough! Very disappointed to say the least but my main point is..... guests should NOT have to queue at the bar to pre order or to order drinks before the film. Please! employ staff to take guest's orders while guests are comfortably seated in the lounge bar. It can be a wonderful experience but your prices warrant a far greater delivery of courtesy & service.
