Great store. Very tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to bringing my fur baby for some pampering.

Great store to buy pet products. Convenient location. They also have two animal (dog) washing stations, inside the store. 10 min = 10 dollars. A small dog like ours only needs about 6 min.

I've visited Petbarn Caringbah a number of times and would have given the staff a 5 star rating. However, today's visit left a lot to be desired. The dog wash ran out of shampoo and a staff member was notified. Instead of a prompt fix, we were left waiting a number of minutes whilst the timer on the machine ran down from 10 minutes to 2, at which time we were drying the dog. A staff member then appeared and had a look. No apologie was provided, or soultion. After we requested, a free wash was offered. However, the overall experience left us disappointed, from what normally is a fantastic team.
