The worst customer servicenI felt discriminated at here just because I hold overseas license. Especially for that manager. She didn't have any basic knowledge about the overseas license security and she didn't want to learn some. And if she cannot answer your questions, she just use the sentence 'I don't want to argue with you' to cover all. She was satisfied with herself no matter how terrible customer services she provided. I will never ever visit this RTA ONCE AGAIN. Finally, I SUGGEST YOU GUYS CHOOSE ANYWHERE EXCEPT Miranda rta BECAUSE ALL YOU CAN GET FROM HERE IS TROUBLE!!!!!!!!

Tried to book a driving test for a family member and waited the first time for 1.5 hours for help over the phone. The operator gave me incorrect information and booked my family member for the wrong test. The wait times to book the tests were a crazy - 6-8 week waiting period. After doing some more research, we realised we were given incorrect information and waited another hour to amend this on the phone. The operator was condescending and insinuated it was our fault. They booked us for the correct test and we had to wait 5 weeks for it. Upon booking the practical driving test - we arrived confused by instructions given to us to find the driving test area. Absolutely impractical location and wouldn’t like to have limited mobility and try to access it. We then witnessed two people ahead, be failed and then witnessed the instructor go behind a counter to a coworker and on both occasions laugh about it. My family member was then failed for apparently not head checking dramatically enough at an intersection with a green light - all despite the instructor apparently appearing to not be paying attention throughout the test. The instructor said he was a great driver but non the less failed him on such petty grounds. (Which only leads one to wonder whether there is a target of fails these instructors need to hit in order to appear stringent enough at their government job). We then had to go through the same convoluted booking process and have to wait another month and take another day off to do the test all over again. So much time wasted for very little reason. All in all, a really overly complicated and frustratingly bureaucratic process. Undertrained and under informed phone operators who don’t know the basics of system they work for. Extraordinarily impractical wait times for tests. An impractical set up for a driving test facility. And uninterested instructors who are failing good drivers for extremely minor points.nnIf Services NSW Miranda were tested for efficiency - I’d score a kind 0 and ask them to try again in another 6 - 8 weeks.

Really appreciate the efforts of the staff that work at Service NSW Miranda. There is usually a long waiting queue, but nonetheless staff are friendly and helpful to resolve any issues you have.

I was served by staff named Colin in counter 3 in Service NSW Miranda today. He did not even know how to enter the data correctly. I came for the very important document lodgment. However, He got everything wrong and mess.
