Worst Woolies I've ever been to, which is a shame because I often stop here after work. Shelves are always a mess, staff leave big trolleys full of stock unattended in front of the shelves so it's difficult to get items (especially the big heavy trolleys that can't be moved). If actively stocking shelves that's fine but half the time they just leave the trolleys there.

Not the biggest but handy when passing through. You will find most of what you need. Nice inexpensive pasties and cakes

I had one of the most humiliating experience of my life in this store. I went to get some milk and few other small items. I don’t usually print the receipts if I am buying one or two items because I think it’s just a waste of paper and bad for environment. But today it was a big mistake (you will know why further in the story)…. as I was leaving the self payment area I was stopped by a lady and she authoritatively asked… “Have you paid for these things you are taking” and called a guy from the back to check what I was carrying in my bag. It was just a bottle of milk and few chocolate. Just by looking at me she condemned me of theft. At that moment when she called me out and people around me started starring and making judgements….I just felt so miserable and mortified. Luckily I made the payment through card and not cash… and I had that transaction on my phone. I showed it as a proof of the payment… and she just vanished without any kind of apology. This was so traumatising for me that I have decided to never set foot in that place again.
