ALDI is like Bunnings. You walk out with more than you bargained for. A little small and special sell out quick
I feel very uncomfortable every single time when I go to Aldi Kogarah after my work. I always carry bag to my work and whenever I shop I either put the products in the basket or carry them in my hands. In the check out counter every single time I pay for the product, the cashier demands to open my backpack to check if I have stolen anything. This is very very unprofessional and discomforting experience. Is it really difficult for Aldi to keep a security guard to avoid these kind of discomfort for the shoppers or use any other way so that the customers don't feel like thief every single time they shop there? Why do I not feel the same discomfort when I shop in Woolworths or Coles? Please make the shopping customer friendly and make customer come back to shop without any hesitation.
Worst service i have ever experienced. The guy at the register made me feel like a snitch. That bag checking policy is very disappointing. Even the manager didn’t bother to apologise while I let him know he doesn’t even know how to deal with it. If they do so they should do it for everyone and they should change the name to FBI or CIA for being too suspicious. Definitely not going back. ud83dudc4eud83cudffd
This is the best place for people with limited income
Has the majority of what you need at good prices. First stop to get the essentials here then on to Woolies and the greengrocer.
