Northam Dental Surgery

I had a very unpleasant experience with this Dental Surgery, I had a large scale dental procedure to remove an infection a wisdom tooth and a back molar, the infection was very deep and so it was a relatively serious procedure, I asked for antibiotics in the aftermath of the surgery but I was told it was unnecessary and that the infection had been eradicated, by the next day I had came down with full blown fever and infection complications, however I did receive the antibiotics I needed promptly when the symptoms were explained to the dentist, In an any case the main problem I had with this establishment began with the receptionist Juliette, when I explained that I felt I should have received antibiotics before the onset of the infection complications she replied rudely with the phrase "whatever" I was flabbergasted by the response but I didn't make an official complaint as I was still in discomfort and needed to attend the dentist again, the rude and unpleasant behavior continued on my next attendance, when she made a rude and unnecessary comment about my 3 year old son who had repeated a phrase several times, my wife who was there at this time also found her tone and demeanor highly unprofessional, overall I would not recommend this establishment and I would not return mainly because of my experience at the hands of rude and unprofessional receptionist Juliette.

Fantastic service all round. Starts with the amazing ladies on the front desk, Juliette and Esther who always go out of their way to ensure an appointment is available as quickly as possible. The best Dentist ever Dr. Sally Law.. I have been going to see her for about 3 years now and she is amazing! Really easy going and loves to have a laugh! The dental nurses/assistants are also amazing! So, as a whole package, you cant go past these guys.

Northam Dental Surgery albeit a Dentist has a friendly warm inviting presence and the staff are always sensitive to patient needs. It is a modern open facility with reading materials and a TV in the waiting area and Is usually on time without disruption. All the dentists are caring and professional and billing is usually in line with Medicare or Medibank Private. I can totally recommend Northam Detal for Integrity and Professional Operation. Cheers.
