Creative by Design Sydney

I engaged with Creative by Design QYBYN office for multipurpose custom built cabinetry. They were informative friendly and professional throughout the process keeping me up to date on timeframes at a busy time. They turned my rough design into a beautiful yet extremely functional storage solution that increases my apartment value and appeal. The attention to detail and end result was well worth the money. I am a full time carer for my husband who has dementia. I organised a few hours off so that I could meet with a representative from creative by design to arrange for some wardrobes to be installed. We made an appointment at a time convenient to them.nnThey failed to appear at all.nnI called the organisation and was told they’d had some computer problems which resulted in them losing details of multiple appointments. Really? Did the dog also eat your homework?nThey suggested an alternative time which was not suitable, I need to stress - I only have a few hours a week and my valuable time was completely wasted. I was furious. I hope their employees are not receiving job keeper - a pathetic performance!nIf this is indicative of their level of service why would I engage them?

We are extremely happy with the 2 wardrobes, 1 study desk and 1 complete bar built and installed by Creative by Design Sydney. Our experience with all people from Creative by Design was awesome.nThey are really creative, deliver on time and in quality. From the beginning the team showed professionalism and efficiency. Annette designed the joinery and supported us throughout the entire project. She is just amazing. Ryan did all the installation onsite. I can’t emphasis enough how professional he is and how carefully he treated our new floor and all the other things. Simon did a brilliant job of finishing up everything and doing the last fine tuning. We absolutely love the end result and would like to say a big thank you to the entire team from Creative by Design.

Had come cabinetry done in my living area. Stephen was great at understanding what I needed and my requirements. Drafted something that looked good with good design principles.nOverall happy with how they turned out. The cabinet maker/builder who assembled everything was very professional.
