BEST BIDET

Went there trying to buy a bidet. Read the only review and knew it is operating from a garage. Fair enough that shouldn’t be a problem. What a waste of time this was.nBeing an engineer, I figured out a few key things to ensure the Bidet would fit my toilet. The seller keeps claiming it will fit, without checking with me the position of toilet seat bolts. So I had to check it myself and found one model won’t fit, the other marginal. Then I asked that there is no access to the bolts at the other side and will I have trouble with installing it. And here’s the part that deserves a zero star rating.nnMe: “how do I fix the bidet, my toilet is exactly like this one here (he has two samples of the same kind of toilet seat)”nHim: “I will tell you after you buy it.”nMe (surprised): “you are not going to tell me how it will be installed before I buy it?”nHim: “I will tell you how after you buy it.”nMe: “Don’t you think I need to know that before I decide to buy it?”nHim: “You buy it and I will tell you. Otherwise I spend one hour explaining this, and you don’t buy in the end. I am wasting my time.”nnObviously I was leaving this dodgy place at this point. If you buy here, forget warranty, forget any kind of fair trade practices. And by the way, the product also looked terrible, my caution to any potential customer, beware of handling over your money. I don’t think you will have any power after that, this business is the worst I have ever seen.

(call before visiting as it is his home) Nice guy, spent time with us, and had several models on display. All well priced, Korean-made Quoss bidets. I was skeptical at first, but bought the 7700 model. After a week of use, it's becoming part of the family.
