Winning Appliances Northmead

I am extremely satisfied with Winning Appliances, their product selection, price, advise and after sales service is second to none. I have purchased many items through their store, and have always been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend them, and will be certainly purchasing with them again in the future.

The worst customer service and their prices are not very competitive. The staff were trying not to make eye contact with us. We looked around and we wanted more information on a product. We asked a guy who was at the desk. He Didn't show any interest in assisting us. He seemed to bored to answer our questions.nnAm NEVER going back... They are most definitely not getting any business from me. I'll never ever recommend them to any one I know.

Delivery was super quick. I ordered a water filter for my fridge at 11.30pm and it was delivered at 8am the following morning. Excellent service! Thanks.

This was my 2nd trip to this Northmead branch. I do not recommend this showroom in NorthMead for non westerners (non-whites) as it's evident from the reviews as well as my personal experience that the sales persons in this showroom practice and demonstrate discrimination in their approach to addresing the showroom crowd. The front desk person, Luke demonstrated great customer service and was very informative but he could not attend to us because he was I guess designated to the front desk.nnI would urge non-westerners to think and ask yourself why would you spend money in an establishment that clearly discriminates you based on skin colour? We should not condone or seem to show we accept this behaviour in a service environment.

All the premium stuffs are there..nWhile the product and price is in its place, the 3 stars are for the experience in store.nThe person talking to us missed a beat, an important one. We asked specifically if a particular item is in display. We were told no, and we asked again, same answer. I dont know or let me check were valid answers.nTurns out the item was on display right around the corner.nPlease train staff better, its a lazy thing that management of companies do, ignore training customer facing staff training.nBusiness must be really good to not care like this..
