Celebrating

We engaged Celebration to create a significant volume of Balloons and Accessories for my Son's 21st Birthday celebration yesterday and it was amazing. Not only from the ladies at the site but also the Delivery Driver Buddy who was so helpful, I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, you wont be sorry.

I ordered online balloons for my sons birthday,after 3 weeks of follow up phone calls and no call back from anyone I got an email of cancelled order as they couldnt fulfill it 3 days before the party.Instead of giving me the run around and trying to hold on to my money be honest and tell me it was out of stock to give me a chance to find the items elsewhere.Now its been over 2 weeks and still no refund,will never use this business again.

Awful service, they did not bring our prepaid balloons saying that they “have gone to another customer by mistake”.nWe ordered balloons for my little daughter 10 year birthday. It was a very special party for her with her best friends coming over. I splashed a bit to make it beautiful, spent 2 hours to choose a supplier and paid $150 well in advance. I called to double check on the day of the party (Saturday) and was assured balloons will arrive on time. To my great surprise just 5 mins before the party started the driver arrived only to bring 2 balloons out of 52 ordered. He told he delivered OUR balloons to another customer who was not very happy about it at all (what a surprise). I had a call with the shop owner - he was polite but told that he could do nothing. How frustrating!nIf you want to make something special - you may want to look at different suppliers as these are neither reliable nor trustworthy.

We hired a lot of items for our college mothers day event, the delivery driver was nice both times during drop off and pick up, however his boss had supplied him with incorrect things our theme was pink (as it being a mothers day event) Marguerite who quoted us and had been looking after us knew this, however the owner of the business supplied gold and black items which were not what our event was, the delivery driver said he was temporary helping them out until he starts as a flight attendant, and was apologising and to which we replied we have used celebrating a number of times and each and every time they stuff up something of our order, Then when the delivery driver came to pick up we said pass our condolences onto your family for your family members passing (as pick up was a day later then what it was suppose to be) he said sorry and looked confused and we said Buddy the person at the shop we spoke to advised that the delivery driver had a family member pass and thats why he couldn't come when he was expected to, which the delivery driver said no I never had a passing I had to take my mum to medical appointments and buddy hadn't told him he was working..... This is why we are giving a one star review, if your going to lie to the clients, make sure you tell your delivery driver, but also don't promise on items that you cant deliver or take peoples money for items that you cant deliver and then we have to sit and await for a refund. We will be going elsewhere next time, you have lost us and our confidence in your brand.
