Worst Customer Service !!! I wouldn't even give 1 star rating!!!nnHad a very bad experience, bought a door, paid in full , they asked me to check my invoice and sign, I checked and signed, went to collect the door, there staff loaded the wrong size door in my Ute.nnCame home , realised I paid for the right size , they loaded wrong size, called the store, they were so rude, blaming me that I should have checked at the warehouse. They not owning there mistake, instead yelling back at us. Told them I don't carry measuring tape with me. Your staff should know the products and what products they loading to customers vehicle.nnA simple sale turned into disaster. We all are humans and make mistakes, but we rectify the mistake, this company ​didn't apologise, instead yelling on top of there voice back at the customer.nnPlease be careful buying items from this company.nnVery poor customer service. I will never be coming back and will tell all my friends and families to stay away from this dodgy business.

Great products and customer service every time.

My Experience with AusLux was amazing. Amazing products and reasonable prices. Bought all my bathroom gear and even a couple of strong solid doors. Customer service was phenomenal. Called me after the job was finish to make sure i was satisfied with everything. I will be going back to order a kitchennnHighly recommended!!

We renovated our house early this year and added a bathroom. When it came to choosing accessories and door for the toilet, we bought them from AusLux and they are just of superb quality. Great staff, who are very helpful and guide you to purchase the right products for your property. We will return here for purchasing more toilet attachments and other products for our further residential renovation.
