Beacon Lighting Mile End

You just go nut when you go in here. Beautiful lights and other home electronics fixtures with designs varying from modern, contemporary, rustic to industrial. Staff are friendly and supportive, however due to the number of customers vs staff, wait is slightly longer to speak to a staff. We were served by Kathryn who was lovely and supported us with honest feedback, and it made our lives a lot easier in terms of picking the lights.

Went in to this store to purchase a new fan. Found what we were looking for, waiting for a staff member to help us but 3 staff members were too busy socialising and chatting behind the counter to even come and ask if we wanted any help. Only when we were walking out of the store they asked if there was anything they could help us with. In a world where customers have choice, stores can’t afford to display these type of behaviours. Hence we went somewhere else and made our purchase. Very disappointed ☹️

Deb C ... take a bow and a pat on your back... Awesome customer service and very patient... I must have changed my mind 3 times and she, very patiently changed my quote 3 times... Very knowledgeable about her product and gave the right advice on what to get as per the layout of my house... Kudos Deb C... Will definitely recommend them anytime...
