House franchise, staff are plesent, lots of stuff crammed in the isles though so wasn't very wheelchair friendly.
Customer service was appalling. Don’t order anything online because you can not return it in store.
Really like this shop haven't been for a while. It has changed a bit less glassware and crockery. No doubt to the interest in the cooking side of kitchens which is their main function. Would like to see more of the glassware and crockery though. More knives as well, but limited brands available. Still there are many other places that have a greater variety of brands available.
