Excellent customer service, by very courteous & friendly staff. Went looking for a new washing machine & after being shown available stock, found what we were after. Delivery was arranged at a time to suit, it was delivered & installation as promised as arranged. # Well done Good Guys Kotara, look forward to returning for future purchases.

Good prices but staff seem stressed. The Good Guys don't smile much. Had difficulty finding someone to assist me. Had to go to the office. Told everyone busy with customers but I could not see anyone being served. One staff member walked straight past me.

Very happy with my shopping experience. The salesman didn't just push the most expensive coffee machine, but discussed pros and cons and was then supportive of my decision.

bought a FAULTY LG microwave 3 months ago cost over $300, good guys would not replace or refund ,staff are also rude and carless, have bought many products over the years from there, never again! you have lost a loyal customer

Went to Kotara Good Guys to buy a particular coffee machine. Sales girl couldn't care less....so neither could we. Bought a nice new coffee machine from Harvey Norman. Staff there seemed to care. Thanks Harvey!
