OTR Angle Vale

Very poor customer service I gave 1 star, one of the staff (female) she's one of those covid Marshall, my first not so impression was i didn't get a greet or nothing and she's was very rude looking to avoid to serve me? when i got up to the Counter she didn't say a word. I said "hi i am going to pay for this items" her rude reply was "why do you look worried if you are going to pay for this item and if you are going to pay for the items" I was shooked by her response. I could not look at her. Either she was judging me or i don't know what was her problem but im not going to be served by her ever again. If you not happy with industry in customer service retail and she is not in the right place and retrain her with attitude

Went to the bathroom to wash my hands before purchasing coffee and lunch. No hand soap. Do the staff have hand soap in their toilet. I can only hope so. Ewwwwww. OHS especially with COVID-19 going on. Will not go here again.

I usually purchase wraps from subway at this otr, since I started about 2-3 workers have completely memorised my order, I am a celiac and cannot eat gluten, they have completely catered for me by getting out a seperate board and taking precautions, a worker called Mackenzie I believe has made my experience at this OTR amazing.

Waited in line for nearly 15 minutes before she even said Hello. There was only one other customer in front of us. Then when we were served, it took over 20 minutes to make two foot long subs. The salad bar was filthy, sauce smeared on the window and there were multiple flies in the cookie cabinet. Overall i wasn't impressed. Next time I'll be heading to a different subway.

Monday public holiday waited 25 minutes to get served it appears that there were only 2 staff working Was like it all day surely more team members should have been on call
