Asked for a price on a product over the phone during lockdown to be told we are not aloud to give prices and hung up on. Trying to limit where you can go in these hard times and no help at all.

Customer service is poor and staff need to be trained. Staff do not know its operating hours of their fast food outlets. Operating hours on google for the food outlets are incorrect. Eating areas are filthy and sticky.

i like the staff here but subway fail. 5mins standing no service.. then computer freezes. i have had a long day dont need this. last visit similiar. im going elsewhere
