Friendly helpful...love my curtains

The staff at the Kotara store could not be more helpful and thier product knowledge is fantastic.nWe are currently renovating our house and this store has been brilliant for our curtain needs during the last couple of visits.

I paid over the phone for mail order and the curtain I received was incorrect. They would not send me the correct one yet. Not sure when I will get my curtain, very unprofessional.

Curtain for a kitchen window? No.nSingle curtain for a wide window like a glass door? No.nCurtain for a normal 1800x1200 window? No.nCustom made curtains? No.nnMy windows are all standard sizes but literally everything I asked for was too hard, like they were doing their best NOT to sell curtains. Definitely the weirdest retail experience I've ever had.nnEDIT: rang Spotlight and after a seven minute call I had everything I needed.
