We recently purchase carpet for our home, the salesman was patient with us allowing us to take samples home and think on it. He did not apply any pressure and kept us informed at every stage.nSam and his wife were very good to deal and I would highly recommend them. We've tried to deal with these guys couple a times and both times we've had the same poor experience. The person we were dealing was rude and (almost) made of fun of our research that we've done so far. Talking-down-on-you type attitude will not get these guys anywhere.nnThey've claimed specific product was exclusive to them (and highly priced too btw) just to find the exact ( I repeat, exact) product for 1/3 cheaper. The other company was easy to approach and actually listened to what we've had to say.
