Ken at this store is the best salesman I ever came across in the last 5 years. He is very friendly and is very keen to understand the need of each customer, suggest options/alternate solutions, explain each product in detail. I was amazed by his attitude and already have recommended this store to friends.

Walked into Mayfield West shop looked around for a fuse walking around the shop for approximately 10 minutes. I couldn’t find the fuses so I head up the counter, on my way I notice a staff member packing a shelve (I think). I ask him could he direct me to where the fuses are kept. His response was short and abrupt “behind the counter” I proceed there. The staff that serve me was very polite with good manners, a far cry from the other staff.

Went to JayCar to get some audio cables and a power supply, the staff there were very nice and helpful. I'm pretty dumb when it comes to the nuances of electronics and they were very considerate and understanding. I feel like I got a great outcome and felt genuinely appreciated as a customer.nWill be going back undoubtedly.
