I’ve always had a good experience with this woolies. Most of the staff are extremely helpful and nice. However, I don’t understand why they recently started closing at 9pm instead of 10pm. I know myself and many others don’t finish work until after nine and this is when they have time to shop. Otherwise great experience
I don't understand when you put your groceries through the operator scans then places in the tray until they get 14 items then they pack, one operator won't even pack she just looks at you and says start packing yourself, she claims they don't have to pack when it builds up, I feel this is not customer service. Hoping someone can explain, I've spoken to the manager and she can't offer any explanation. ud83eudd28
Good bush supermarket very well stocked, lots of different products you don't see in big city stores.
Definitely 5 stars ud83cudf1f for the wonderful, helpful Woolies staff members who offer sensational customer service.nIf I could give negative stars, the layout of the shopping centre with that absurdly dangerous slope directly in front of the store that endangers the elderly, disabled, Mum's with bubs, prams & little children & just makes everyone struggle unnecessarily is a nightmare for anyone to battle with a full trolley. Whoever owns this shopping centre needs to figure out how to fix this dangerous safety hazard.
The staff are lovely and helpful especially with the latest renovation eg looking for stuff that had been moved
