We found the young men who packed and delivered our furniture and goods to be quick and competent although unwilling to place boxes in the appropriate rooms because they were mixed up. They were dumped at the front door and my husband and I read the labels and put them in the right room. However after it was delivered I felt things were missing. Oh yes there was a box at the end of "our" shed had been missed and delivered a week later was an outside ornament in their ratty box.. Two weeks later a silver painting trestle 4' long turned up. How that was missed in the empty shed when they found the first item is a mystery. A month later I went to do some baking and after going through every box left unpacked a large box of baking equipment was obviously missing. Rang Duels and "no we don't have anything in the lost pile, no, insurance is only for crash and burn " After expressing my dissatisfaction I was told the owner would ring me when he came in {every few days). An hour later the (I assume) yard manager rang and his form of communication was attack and exaggeration. When I said we had paid them good money to move our goods (over $6,000) I was told" it had nothing to do with money! Don't talk about money" They didn't have it, I had left it at the previous house, (settlement was the next day as they had given our date to someone else and they had taken everything) I had poorly packed it (because half were in smaller boxes so at 67 yrs I could carry them) he had spent 4 hours packing to make it easier for the boys" (they unloaded it to store and reloaded to deliver) And it went on and on, so many ridiculous , some incomprehensible statements! I was constantly talked over and when I pointed out that I was $200 out of pocket because Duels had lost my goods he told me he was hanging up because I wouldn't listen to him!" I'm sure they would be competent at packing and delivery on the same day but dealing with them was a expensive (we were charged for an extra trailer which they didn't use plus the lost goods) and generally an unpleasant distressing experience.

Very reliable and professional. Keep you informed of pick up and delivery times and take great care of goods being transported.

Great service from the speedy online quote, no fuss with change of day and prompt removal of goods. Pleased to see plenty of protective blankets. Care taken when moving furniture through hallways and at entrance. Didn't use the storage option but great to know that it existed. Well- price removal. Thank you.

These guys worked hard in very hot conditions. Price was fair and furniture arrived without issue. Communication could be a little better, but overall we were satisfied with their service.
