PLEASE if you love your possessions "DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY".. They destroyed multiple items and didn't care at all.. The real villain in this devastating sarga is the woman ( Prue) who runs the office. She was just so unbelievably rude and uncaring to my daughter.. She showed absolutely no empathy or respect.. Shame on her and The Jacobs removal company..

The guys doing the hard work were fine, but the person who runs the office was uncommunicative and totally unreasonable. We were seriously ripped off. Beware.

I would never use this company again. Several items were damaged on arrival and the driver did not care 1 bit. The receptionist (Prue?) is also extremely rude. So disappointing.
