Customer Service and staff are excellent. They initially helped me find out the place of manufacture and exactly what was written on the bottom of their cups and, then provided fantastic after sales service (from Yaron) when I had a few problems with flaws in the cups and saucers. The cups are cute, and being able to choose multiple colours individually was great! And the decaf coffee is really nice. Some decaf is over roasted but this darkly roasted decaf has a toasty coffee chocolate taste and is rich and tasty. It’s yummy!

Very impressed with this company already - I initially emailed with some questions and got a very timely reply. I then had a chat to determine which coffee and subscription would suit me and they even hand delivered me my first order to save on shipping costs! A very personal, tailored experience. Great company, I would highly recommend.

We recently held an event for approx. 60 people on a development site that is about to undergo construction. We were lucky enough to secure baristas and coffee through Ronita and could not have been happier with their service and quality of product. Ordered a Gaccia Classic Pro Monday 8pm and it arrived 16hr later on my doorstep! Fantastic service , great product! The Ronita team was very helpful explaining the Machine and how to use it.
