Beacon Lighting Killara.

I’d just like to write and say how appalling the service of your staff were in the Killara shop was on Sunday (today).nI never complain about anything but I waked out of your shop completely disgusted and the poor attention from your 3 staff was simply mind blowing.nThere was no hello, they were just talking amongst each other like high school kids on their lunch break.nWe drove from the Central Coast to go to your shop and buy lights but not one of them offered to help.nWe wandered around the shop for 30mins while the casually starred at us and gave us the occasional glance.nI repeat all we wanted to do was spend money at your shop.nTwo old people walked in and one of the staff walked over and offered them help, my wife and I starred at each other and thought to ourselves are these people serious!nWe just rolled with it hoping that one staff would come over and help whilst we were really wanting help to select our lights for our beachside penthouse.nI own large company with hundreds of staff and I am going to use this experience as what not to do at our next quarterly sales meeting.nThey just let us walk out and didn’t even give us one second of their attention.nJust in my humble opinion you need every sale you can get in the current competitive climate to make a steady profit and thousands of dollars just walked out of your door today because of the judgment and laziness or your staff.nI’m sure there will be another lighting shop that will be happy to help us and the many people we will refer.nPlease show this email to your CEO because those staff need a reality check or the sack.nnSent from my iPhone

The absolute worst service I have ever seen. Three staff sitting behind the desk not being productive and still failed to assist me and my partner after standing in the same spot for 20 minutes waiting not to mention we weren’t greeted when walking in the door passed them.nVery poor attitude and a disgrace to the Beacon Lighting company.

Staff were helpful and attentive. I had been to other Beacon lighting stores which were disorganised but Killara were efficient and reliable.

Lots of lights, light fittings, lamps and fans.nIf your tastes extend not much further than monochrome then you will be well pleased with the selection on offer here.

Slow service and these snobs didn’t seem to care. Asked me to check each light individual light while keeping me waiting for 20 minutes, then they gave me the wrong set of lights at the cashier.nnThis is from a paying customer who purchased two lights off them today. Hugely disappointed by this purchase experience.
