Bed Bath N' Table Macquarie

I will never shop here again. I purchased some products at Castle Hill after being told it was no problem to return unsuitable items at any store. A few days later, I went to return some of the items at Macquarie store. The customer service was appalling. One of the items did not have correct code. The ticket had fallen off at the time of purchase and Castle Hill store and so a different code was used for the purchase. Therefore I was told I was unable to return this item to Macquarie store. She would not contact Castle Hill store to help sort out my refund. The exact item was physically there in Macquarie store for same price - but apparently this made no difference. Her excuse was this was not a Macquarie store issue. I am completely taken back at the lack of understanding of my situation and the unwillingness to provide any customer service to sort this out as it was “not their issue”. It’s not my fault about the code used. This lady made it very clear she was only interested in “Macquarie store” not Bed, Bath & Table. I left feeling so angry and disgusted by the experience. I will never shop here again. The inflexibility and unwillingness to contact Castle Hill let alone bed bath & table have not processed a refund I am entitled is shocking. With so many online options available now - why would anyone bother with this level of service? Not me. Never again. Not worth the trouble.

I was here on Tuesday when I saw one of the workers who was an older looking woman with short brownish hair who gave me a death stare as soon as I walked in and it made me feel so uncomfortable that I just had a quick browse and quickly walked out of the store. Disgusting to see workers who you don’t even know acting like they hate you and despise their job when in reality a retail worker has it much easy than many other professions. Never going to this particular store ever again. ud83dude12

Beautifully designed products... a bit pricey for something, but overall, not too bad. And they do great sales with great service. Just wish they stocked extra small for the pajamas.
