Caltex Woolworths

Would not bother to call it a service station. Hardly ever any food and coffee machine is always out of order. Have been there few times on my way to work and ended up having to do an extra stop along the way. Bit of a pity

Just went to fuel up 24/10 at 6.30pm . Had my mobile phone in hand as use this to pay (bank card on phone ) and my Woolworths card is on the phone . No phone call made and wasn’t texting nothing . Walked in and the lady gave me a lecture about holding my mobile phone . Told me that she watched someone burst into flames for holding their phone at a pump and that person is still getting skin graphs . I told her I wasn’t using it and she said it can’t be within 7 metres of a pump , I told her bank cards would soon be a thing of a past and everyone will use their phones to pay. She said well I hope they would know to have it off until they pay it’s called common sense . MAYBE just MAYBE Your signage needs to be better to not just state no USE of phones but no phones on at all. Also I googled it and could not find any story if anyone ever going up in flames also a number of scientific threads on this that state it’s a myth including a abc story , myth busters and four Corners . Some people just shouldn’t work in customer service . Attention seeking isn’t a good look, won’t use this station again don’t need the old school lecture I’m not a kid .

Good for petrol or Diesel.

Will not let you fill boat up with fuel if it is a center fill boat, if only 1 staff member is working, stating policy changes from EG Australia. Stated I just follow what I am told to do.

Don’t recommend going here, staff are very rude!
