Top Lighting

May 14, 2020. What a joke. While website looks professional enough with great range of products, do not waste your time visitting the store. The customer service really matched the poor condition and presentation of the lighting in store. I thought the dust and dirt was there to replicate their outside setting. That aside, I never experienced such poor customer service. It was like they didn't want the business, always referring us to visit the website when asked the most basic of questions, such as price. This went on when I asked for some basic measurements of a product that they could not produce a box. They had no idea of any basic details and huffed when they thought that they needed to look something up. They couldn't wait for us to leave and we readily obliged. Gave my business to another lighting store down the road that was the complete polar opposite of this store, with nice presentation and attentive customer service.

Great shop. Much better than those big rip off merchants! Same products at better prices with expert advise.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Never had such a rude experience. Literally snatched a light out of my hands. AVOID!
