Orange Supermarket

Convenient location, but not very clean. Shopping basket seems like it's never cleaned. Had few items with expired use by dates. Selection is not bad, but not sure if they will be around once the new Zetciti opens in Rhodes Central Shopping mall.

Cant find any faults with the store great selection the beef bulgogi at the butchers is amazing very clean store doesnt have the typical Asian grocer smell to it further more to the woman who said staff wont help load stuff into her car do it yourself you bought the item knowing full well the weight of the item

Amazing local asian grocery store... Has so many choices, apparently quite big... The look from the outside can be quite deceiving

Shame I can’t give zero stars. Went today to buy some Bon soy that was on sale. The cashier miscounted and subsequently overcharged me. I returned and waited patiently to be correctly charged with a refund. Oh boy how wrong was I.nnCashier did not take responsibility or apologise for her mistake. A terribly awkward argument occurred in front of a line at the check out. She did not want to refund her incorrect charge but merely persisted on offering store credit. Eventually got our money back but left completely shocked at how business was conducted.nnOwners of the business reading this review. A few pointers:n1. Hire staff who can countn2. More importantly, hire staff who accept responsibility for their mistake and simply apologise. Common courtesy.nThis person who served us seemed consistent with all the other 1 Star Google reviews already listed before mine. If this was my business I’d give her the sack. She is ruining your business.
