Absolutely appalled by the service staff at Coles Top Ryde. I asked at least 7 different staff members for 7 different items in aisles and not one of them knew what I was talking about, nor did they try to help, or smile, no engagement and no interest, why do you bother hiring staff if they’re not interested in their work other than packing shelves! I don’t ever write a review (pretty much my first time), though today was very disappointing Coles. The only star was given to the cashier as she was friendly, approachable and smiling…

One of few Coles supermarket selling mochi ice cream and macarons. Overall Coles Top Ryde is spacious and does not get overly crowded. However I find the shelves do not get filled often enough for a satisfying shopping experience.

This was good. Nice and clean, well priced and as always, open till quite late.nI can't fault it.nI generally prefer Woolworths, but more and more now, I am choosing to shop at Coles. I believe Coles also owns Bunnings so there may be cross promotional stuff happening soon!

my deliveries has been consistently delayed. one order came at 840pm when it was supposed to be delivered 6-7pm. second order 915pm. there was no notification whatsoever. the store manager is clearly not doing his job. customer service sahith also useless. told him to cancel the delivery but he simply ignored me.

A nice big Coles supermarket in the heart of Top Ryde Shopping Centre.
