I have been a customer of Economy Mowers for many years and have always found their service and cost excellent.nWe recently dropped our old ride on mower off again to see if it was worth repairing as a run around and asked for a quote.nPreviously, before any work was done we had ALWAYS received a call with a quote for repairs..nThis time I received a call telling me they had got the mower working and we could pick it up. We DID NOT receive a quote and the cost was more twice what we were prepared to pay and more importantly more than mower is realistically worth as it is not usable as a mower as the cutting deck is not safe to use.nI left feeling that as customers this was not fair. and a rip off.nOur advice is to make doubly sure that NO WORK is commenced before a quote is given of the estimated cost.nThis is not consistent with the service we were always given in the past.nWhat has happened to previously excellent service?
