Picked up my 'Click and Collect' order from Coles Richmond like I do every week from the friendly staff, however I returned home noticing that I was missing 2 bags. I contacted the store and they apologised profusely offering to have them delivered to my home as I was unable to return on the day. The staff and driver were not only so apologetic but also surprised us with a box of chocolates for the inconvenience. This store has some amazing people working there who always go the extra mile to ensure great customer service.

Has a good range of Asian ingredients for the location.nNot much of a produce range.nSocial distancing is non-existent (staff and customers alike).nFlow and placement is odd.

Coles in Richmond is always a good place to stop. The staff here are mostly good, helpful and pleasant, the store is well laid out and most things are easy to find. All in all it's a good place to do your grocery shop or to just pickup those 1 or 2 items that you may need.
