Gym is very cheap and offers a variety of activities,sports, equipments etc to choose from

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They let me trial the gym for 1 week free before choosing whether it was for me or not. The workout areas are spread out and plenty of cardio equipment. Also very good value for money, good deals with mates rates and no lock in contract.

I travel for work and join a gym wherever I go for a few months at a time. This gym has to be one of the best I've been to - lots of awesome classes, great instructors, friendly staff, modern equipment, clean, spacious, and great air conditioning! I highly recommend the Y when you need to work out in Alice Springs
